Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proven ability to grow sales and deliver friendly service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities and scheduling.
• Lead shifts as management representative and conduct performance evaluations.
• Direct work assignments, hours, and task delegation before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and safety ratings.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee training to ensure staff knowledge of Ruby Tuesday policies and specs.
• Enforce security measures to protect employees and guests.
• Control costs of food, supplies, and liquor; conduct weekly inventory.
• Adhere to wage/hour regulations and restaurant filing responsibilities.
