Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew, upholding our principles and driving excellence in culinary, beverage, and service. You will influence guest satisfaction, staff performance, and financial outcomes with a focus on sustainable growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of management experience in casual dining, ServSafe certification, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business required.
• Demonstrated excellence in Service & Culinary Manager positions required.
• Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining/full-service Restaurant Manager required (external candidates).
• ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or the ability to obtain required.
