Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Sterling Heights seeks a restaurant manager to lead staffing, recruiting, and hiring while upholding Carrabba’s standards. You will mentor hourly team members and implement security and safety protocols.

You will guide internal development paths toward career goals, ensure health inspections pass state standards, and actively participate in management to elevate guest experiences and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on experience in both FOH and HOH.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Champion development paths for Carrabbamicos to reach career goals.
• Ensure health inspections meet required state standards.
• Provide direction and guidance to employees as part of the management team.
• Respond to guest comments and build guest count while empowering staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the full menu and preparation.
