Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a store Manager to oversee daily operations of the FOH/BOH, lead staff, and maintain exceptional guest experiences at our Beaumont location. This role focuses on staffing, safety, and leadership across all restaurant functions.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Certification in food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Participate in staff career growth and mentorship.
• Enforce security, safety and sanitation standards across FOH/BOH.
• Ensure health inspections meet required standards and policies.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities for the restaurant.
