Foxwoods Resort Casino is seeking a General Manager for our restaurant to oversee all processes, personnel, staffing levels and overall operations of the venue. You will lead with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume environment.

Under the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage, the GM will ensure staffing, training, and standards are maintained, and will work weekends, holidays, and peak periods as required, with compliance to tribal regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years restaurant supervisory experience in high-volume operations.
• Tips or Smart Certification preferred.
• Weekend/holiday/peak periods work required.
• Located on Mashantucket Pequot reservation; tribal law governs employment.
