Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT is seeking a Sous Chef under the Restaurant Chef to lead and execute high-volume kitchen operations. You will prepare and cook food, supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold Foxwoods culinary standards.

The role requires 4 years of full-service kitchen experience or equivalent, an associate degree in culinary arts, and strong English communication. Weekend/holiday shifts are required. Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and push up to 100 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in culinary arts, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in a full-service or production kitchen.
• Proficient in cooking methods, soups, stocks and sauces.
• Able to communicate in English to understand requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Weekend, holiday and peak-period availability; physical ability to lift 35 lbs and push up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities
