Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant.
- Good leadership and team development skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financials.
- Customer service oriented with focus on guest experience.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and culture champion.
Responsibilities
- Forecast requirements and prepare annual budget for restaurant operations.
- Monitor cost control: portion control, waste, and inventories.
- Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and all codes and leases.
- Maintain sanitation standards and safety procedures.
- Manage ambiance, lighting, music, and guest seating to enhance experience.
- Support continuing education and professional development.
