Job summary

Eureka! Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving sales, and developing a high-performing team.

This role emphasizes hospitality excellence, staff leadership, and adherence to health and safety standards. You will help manage scheduling, labor costs, and training, while supporting local marketing and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant.
• Food Manager certified.
• TIPs Certified.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in daily restaurant operations and sales growth.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences per hospitality standards.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams to service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs and staffing to align with goals.
• Assist in recruitment, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with GM on local marketing and community engagement.
• Step in as acting GM when needed.
