Job summary

Eureka! Restaurant Group in California seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the GM in running daily operations, drive sales, and maintain guest satisfaction. This leadership role requires strong team guidance, scheduling, and adherence to safety standards.

Two years of high-volume restaurant management, Food Manager and TIPs certifications, and a proactive approach to coaching are essential to succeed and advance within the company culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Food Manager certification required
• TIPs Certification required
• At least 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold hospitality standards
• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing to align with sales goals
• Assist in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor P&Ls and assist in driving revenue growth
