Job summary

Eureka! Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will develop team members and uphold hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment. This role requires at least 2 years of management in a high-volume restaurant, TIPs certification, and a focus on staff recruitment, training, and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant.
• TIPs certification required.
• HR responsibilities include recruit, train, coach, counsel, and align employees.
• Contribute to strategic plans and drive standards in production, productivity, quality, and service.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold hospitality standards.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing aligned with sales goals.
• Assist in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor P&Ls and assist in revenue growth initiatives.
• Partner with GM on local marketing and community engagement.
• Step in as acting GM when needed.
