Job summary

Giordano's is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee restaurant facilities projects, including repair/maintenance reviews and bid coordination, while staying within budget and brand standards. You will provide independent, consultative guidance on facilities maintenance management to internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4 years related restaurant facilities experience.
• Experience in facilities management, HVAC, kitchen equipment and/or refrigeration.
• Minimum of seven years in all phases of commercial/multi-unit facilities management.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and follow processes.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with contractors and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair/maintenance and review bids within budget.
• Lead facilities management for multiple units and ensure brand standards.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance tasks and contracted services.
• Maintain detailed log of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
