Job summary

Primanti Brothers is seeking a senior Facilities Manager to lead planning and execution of multi-site maintenance, capital projects, and new builds. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely openings and ongoing reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 5-7+ years in restaurant facilities, strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination capabilities, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit restaurant facilities management.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, vendors, and capital expenditures.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, life safety, and building systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new restaurant builds, remodels, and capital projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Manage projects from site evaluation through permitting, construction, health dept. inspections, and opening.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, kitchen equipment consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project performance, costs, and compliance with brand prototype standards.
• Establish project reporting and provide updates to senior leadership on the pipeline.
