Job summary

Primanti Brothers Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and capital projects across multiple Pittsburgh-area restaurants. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen systems, ensuring uptime and compliance with brand standards.

The role requires 5-7+ years in multi-unit restaurant facilities, strong vendor management, and a track record of delivering cost-effective maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit restaurant facilities management.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, vendors, and capital expenditures is required.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, life safety and building systems, kitchen equipment and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities management strategy across all restaurant locations and support facilities.
• Establish preventive and reactive maintenance programs to keep restaurants open and fully operational.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, fire/life safety, and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor facility conditions and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve uptime.
• Lead capital projects including new builds, remodels, and vendor coordination.
