Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner I to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients per physician orders. You will evaluate orders, manage ventilator care, and participate in rounds with the care team.

Requirements include an AMA-approved two-year respiratory care program, NC licensure (RRT), and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualificações

• Graduate-level respiratory care program completion and licensure requirements.
• CPAP/NPPV/BiPAP proficiency expected.
• Qualified for Level I RT responsibilities and patient care across ages.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care procedures for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
• Evaluate appropriateness of medical orders and apply ventilator modalities.
• Assist with bronchoscopy and airway management as required.
• Transport patients requiring ventilation and monitor safety with MRI devices.
• Participate in clinical rounds with physicians and nurses.
