• Conducts quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieves quarterly sales goals within the territory while adhering to ethics and regulations.
• Understands and demonstrates targeting principles.
• Develops pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Builds positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers.
• Maintains high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gathers information from offices, pharmacists and others to inform strategies for prescribers.
• Leverages samples and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Differentiates products from competitors and handles issues confidentially.
• Pursues continuous learning and professional development on sales techniques and product knowledge.
