Viatris Specialty LLC is hiring a Senior Sales Representative for the Respiratory portfolio in the Jackson, MS area. The Jackson territory includes Jackson, Hattiesburg, and Starkville, MS.

You will develop business plans, present to targeted customers and strive to meet quarterly sales goals while maintaining ethical standards. Minimum qualifications include a BS or BA, at least 1 year in pharma sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Documented history of successful performance.
• Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and live within geography of responsibility; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develops business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conducts quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieves quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethics and regulations.
• Understands targeting principles and develops pre-call planning for key targets.
• Develops relationships with peers, customers, and company managers; ensures high call and field productivity.
• Gathers information from offices, pharmacists and others to shape territory strategies; leverages samples and literature.
• Differentiates products from competitors and addresses customer issues professionally.
• Travel within Jackson, MS territory to cover assigned customers.
