Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II at Anderson Hospital to deliver comprehensive respiratory care. You will assess patients, plan and implement therapies, monitor responses, and educate patients and staff.

The role requires two years of experience, state licensure, NBRC credentialing, and certifications such as BLS/ACLS; EPIC EHR experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to respiratory therapy preferred.
• Current Respiratory Care License in the state worked.
• NBRC credentialed; RRT preferred but not required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• EPIC EHR experience or training is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide respiratory care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Perform procedures including oxygen, ventilator care and bronchial hygiene.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed.
• Serve as shift Charge Therapist to ensure staffing and coverage.
• Educate patients and families on therapies and devices.
