You will lead maintenance teams, optimize processes, and ensure safety compliance while collaborating with regional leaders on budgets and schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
• Well-organized with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• HVAC and electrical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and drive teams to meet schedules.
• Comfort with travel up to 50-80% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused maintenance planning and execution to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with regional directors on budgets and financial targets.
• On-site management of maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Mentor and develop maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Create and schedule work orders, manage workload and track progress.
