Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive large-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in energy/industrial sectors, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years managing large industrial, power, energy or BESS projects.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning teams.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder point of contact.
• Monitor performance, provide status updates and ensure deliverables are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations and support issue resolution.
