Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager - Execution to lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of major Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will coordinate engineers, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning teams and maintain strategic client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial, power, energy, renewable energy, or BESS projects.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Experience managing projects with contract values of approximately $100M+.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated success in client-facing project leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of large-scale BESS projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Track project performance, provide status updates, and maintain visibility of deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations, and support issue resolution.
