You will lead on-site maintenance teams, manage vendors and contractors, mentor technicians, drive cost reductions, and maintain thorough records. The role requires travel up to 50-80% and close collaboration with regional leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in maintenance
• 3+ years in a management role
• OSHA 10 / NFPA 70E / CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Strong MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and productivity, escalate roadblocks.
• Manage on-site resources: staff, vendors, contractors.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Oversee cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain records of maintenance and equipment performance.
• Ensure OSHA and NFPA compliance.
• Coordinate with regional directors on budgets.
• Create work orders and schedule workload.
• Travel 50-80% within region.
• Ensure timesheets and charge codes are correct.
• Generate reports for stakeholders.
