Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field or three years of direct service experience.
• Demonstrate competencies to become credentialed as QMHA per OARs.
• Certification/credentials current per MHACBO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential program(s) and ensure quality clinical/medical services.
• Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; manage staffing and performance.
