Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Manager III for its Secure Residential Treatment program at Faulkner Place in Portland, OR. You will lead a team delivering high-quality clinical and medical services, ensure licensing compliance, manage finances, and coordinate with community partners.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, crisis leadership, trauma-informed interventions, and maintaining documentation in the EHR. Flexibility for after-hours coverage and on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field or 3 years of direct social service experience.
• Five years of clinical experience in mental health or social services; two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, verbal and written communication; ability to manage crises and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential treatment programs.
• Monitor program effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and train staff; manage budgeting and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders; ensure safe environment.
