Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Residential Department’s supervision system and ensure staff receive timely supervisions to promote professional development.
• Plan and run shifts to ensure milieu safety and policy adherence; participate in rotating on-call coverage.
• Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures and ensure staffing ratios are met at all times.
• Support efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings to support staff and programming.
