Qualifications

• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site.
• Provide supervision and professional development for Residential Counselors.
• Support the safety and well-being of students.
• Apply policies and procedures of the Susan Wayne Center of Excellence's Residential Department.
