Job summary

Justice Resource Institute's Journey Home in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to join a dynamic team caring for adolescents in an intensive group home setting. You will help supervise direct care staff, ensure safety and compliance, and support program operations during the 2nd shift (Sunday–Wednesday).

A valid driver’s license and prior experience in residential or mental health settings are required.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a mental health facility or residential setting.
• Experience working with adolescents in a residential program or mental health facility is required.
• Ability to transport clients and maintain a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety procedures on site and during on-call rotations.
• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Assist in maintaining safety and well-being of clients and staff.
• Apply knowledge of Journey Home's policies and procedures to daily operations.
