Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight shift and ensure client safety.
• Supervise Residential Counselors and coordinate on-call coverage.
• Enforce safety and security procedures on site.
• Support staff development and program activities.
