Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician II to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair a range of systems in our single-family rental homes, delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting cost controls.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC certification, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of general maintenance experience, including appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Must have EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Ensure safety and maintain property condition; communicate with residents and vendors.
