Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in North Haven, CT is seeking a motivated Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring access to medical and clinical services.

You will mentor shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations, manage staffing, write clinical assessments, oversee ISP assessments, and participate in on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic and operational management to enable individuals to reach their fullest potential.
• Lead developmental supervision and build effective teams through partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.
• Provide fiscal oversight of the program and manage budgets.
• Coordinate medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional supports for the individuals.
• Maintain required record keeping and safety of vehicles and documentation.
• Provide leadership for day-to-day shift operations including ISP/IEP goals and community inclusion activities.
• Conduct staff training and provide on-call coverage as required.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments.
