Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Catonsville, MD, is seeking a motivated Program Manager to oversee daily operations for adults with developmental disabilities. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations, supervise shift supervisors, manage scheduling, and participate in clinical assessments and on-call coverage.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, supervisory experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license and access to reliable transportation in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, productive workplace and team morale.
• Supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, funding agencies and state regulations.
• Oversee staffing schedules and budgetary guidelines.
