Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Harford County is seeking a Program Manager to supervise day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations, and support clinical assessments, ISP planning, and medication administration as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-call responsibilities, and collaboration with the People Team to promote independence and community integration for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Experience providing services to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations and ensure services meet regulatory standards.
• Mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.
• Assist with assessments, ISP/IEP goals, and on-call duties.
• Administer medications when required and manage staff scheduling.
