• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, or the equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities.

• Oversee programmatic and operational management of services to enable individuals to reach their fullest potential.
• Provide developmental supervision to staff and coordinate with departments to meet licensing and regulatory standards.
• Maintain records and ensure program and vehicle safety, on-call coverage as required.
