Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Residential Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations, manage schedules and assist with clinical assessments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, a valid driver's license, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home.
• Mentor shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.
• Assist with clinical assessments and ISP processes.
