Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline.
• License in a mental health discipline preferred.
• Three years of experience working with the mental health population.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all program operations and is available 24 hours daily.
• Hire and supervise program staff; conduct trainings and meetings.
• Ensure safety, health code compliance, and timely documentation.
• Conduct intakes, maintain census, and coordinate resident plans.
• Collaborate with providers; manage referrals and case conferences.
• Maintain records and prepare internal and regulatory reports.
