Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain operation of a 9-10 bed co-ed residential residence.
• Provide crisis management and coordinate with Residential Manager for program operations.
• Train, supervise, and onboard residential counselors.
• Ensure medication protocols are followed and monitor adherence.
