Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and at least five years’ experience serving mental health programs.
• One year of supervisory experience is required; graduate degree in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 9-10 bed residential facility for individuals with severe mental illness.
• Be on-call 24/7 for emergent needs and deploy to the site as needed.
• Develop and review Individual Service Plans every 90 days with necessary participants.
• Coordinate restorative service goals, data collection, and billing requirements.
• Maintain records, staff schedules, training, onboarding, and monthly meetings.
