Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced mortgage loan professional who will collect, assemble and validate residential loan documents while supporting Mortgage Loan Officers, customers and realtors. You will mentor junior staff and handle complex loan files with investor guidelines adherence.

Qualifications

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and substantial mortgage processing/underwriting experience.
Experience ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Strong customer service skills and ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

Process complex residential mortgage loans including conforming, non-conforming, government and housing agency loans.
Review debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios, source large deposits, and ensure investor guidelines are met.
Serve as main point of contact for customers, respond to questions, verify documentation, and communicate underwriting decisions.
Coordinate with Loan Officers and Underwriters; track closings and HMDA data accuracy.
Coordinate redisclosures and loan estimates as needed.
