Job summary

TRINITY-MANAGEMENT-COMPANY-LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general inspections, service requests, and apartment turns for multiple properties in the Mesa, AZ area. The role includes pool care and repairs under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of residential property maintenance experience and a valid Arizona driver’s license. HVAC, EPA, OSHA certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA certificates preferred.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests within 48 hours.
• Organize and complete work orders based on priority (Emergency vs. non-emergency).
• Ensure parts and equipment are available before arriving at the resident’s home.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, swimming pools, painting, electrical, irrigation systems, and carpentry.
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and perform minor building improvements.
• Maintenance of roofs, fixture replacements, floor installation, ceiling tile replacements.
• Respond to emergency calls within fifteen minutes when on-call.
• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of the property and common areas.
