Job summary

ResProp Management in San Antonio, TX is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all service operations and ensure timely repairs and turns.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate work orders with vendors, maintain inventory, and uphold safety standards while delivering quality resident service.

This role requires hands-on expertise, availability for on-call rotation, and the ability to live within 30 minutes of the property.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of general maintenance and repair experience.
• 3 years of apartment industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Trade skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations to meet goals.
• Supervise maintenance team and organize work orders.
• Inspect units and coordinate turns/renovations.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards are met.
• Recruit and interview potential maintenance staff.
• Maintain property appearance and inventory of supplies.
