Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and enjoys helping develop less experienced technicians.

The ideal candidate is dependable, solutions‑oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting a positive team culture. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue growing our service department.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform maintenance and system tune‑ups.
