Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification is required (NATE certification is a plus).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused attitude.
