Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience performing HVAC load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop residential HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and system sizing.
• Prepare mechanical drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural and other engineering disciplines.
• Apply applicable building codes, standards, and design requirements.
• Review designs for accuracy, constructability, and efficiency.
• Support project teams throughout the design and documentation process.
