• 3+ years of progressive mechanical/HVAC design experience.
• Experience with design of commercial building systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls for commercial buildings.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and plans using Revit.
• Perform HVAC sizing and load calculations; select equipment.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with architecture, electrical, and plumbing teams.
• Support field investigations and construction-phase services.
