Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in a hybrid NJ/NY setting to lead HVAC design efforts on healthcare, education, residential, commercial and institutional projects. You will collaborate with architects, clients and contractors while guiding junior engineers and ensuring code-compliant, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and a preference for PE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• NJ/NY building code knowledge is a plus.
• PE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical/HVAC design projects.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Work with architects, clients, contractors and other disciplines.
