Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in facilities management, especially multifamily.
• Knowledge of affordable housing and HUD-REAC NSPIRE inspections.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations for residential properties.
• Lead maintenance operations including safety inspections and compliance.
• Mentor and train Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.
