Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Superintendent III to lead our largest, most complex projects with high-profile clients in Florida. You will mentor junior superintendents, manage startup and closeout end-to-end, and coordinate with field teams to optimize schedule, budget, and quality.

You’ll oversee QA/QC, submittals, permits, and safety programs, while fostering strong owner, architect, and inspector relationships for successful closeouts and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of residential construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction across CSI MasterFormat.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor field leaders.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain one.
• First Aid / CPR certification.
• Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Supervise field personnel and mentor subordinate superintendents.
• Own startup and closeout end-to-end; price changes and small jobs.
• Develop and own a project schedule with updates.
• Coordinate with trade partners and on-site teams.
• Manage QA/QC, submittals, RFIs, permits, and Procore documentation.
