Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction Co., Inc. in Florida is seeking a Superintendent III to lead our most complex, occupied and phased projects, including healthcare and hospitality. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and safety oversight.

You will mentor junior superintendents, manage startup and closeout, coordinate with PMs and trade partners, and ensure quality and client satisfaction. A high school diploma and 10+ years of commercial construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading complex, occupied or phased projects.
• Proven ability to mentor field teams.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification and First Aid/CPR required.
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor junior superintendents and develop field staff.
• Manage startup, closeout, change orders, and small-project estimating.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, trade partners, and VDC teams.
