Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Superintendent III to lead our largest, most complex, or most sensitive residential projects with high-profile clients in Florida. You will mentor junior superintendents and help elevate field leadership across the company.

You will own startup and closeout end-to-end, perform estimating and pricing of change orders, and coordinate with Procore, VDC, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Competenze

• 15+ years of residential construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of CSI MasterFormat divisions and complex/phased/occupied projects.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and direct other field leaders.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or ability to obtain one.
• First Aid / CPR certification.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Superior problem-solving ability and the judgment to lead high-stakes projects.
• Strong mentorship, leadership, and client-facing communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead total construction effort on complex projects within design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise field personnel and direct subordinate superintendents; evaluate performance and develop talent.
• Mentor junior superintendents and contribute to field training and best practices.
• Own startup and closeout end-to-end and perform estimating and pricing of change orders and small jobs.
• Develop and own the project schedule with the PM; produce updates and look-aheads.
• Lead trade partner coordination and on-site review meetings; manage phasing on occupied sites.
• Coordinate with VDC team on clash detection, constructability, and routing.
• Procure and confirm timely delivery of tools and materials.
• Own QA/QC and pass inspections; maintain Procore documentation and cost coding.
• Build relationships with owners, architects, inspectors; lead warranty follow-up.
