Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day residential construction activities for designated communities, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate trade partners, manage field staff, and address construction challenges with internal teams and inspectors. The role requires 2+ years in residential construction at a Superintendent level, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant residential construction/field management experience at Superintendent level.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or 6–8 years of equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Manage and oversee residential construction operations for assigned homes, phases, or communities, maintaining accountability for schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct and supervise trade partners and subcontractors, holding them accountable for performance, quality, safety, and adherence to scopes of work.
• Inspect and approve completed work to ensure compliance with construction documents, company standards, and codes.
• Enforce OSHA requirements, company safety programs, and environmental standards, taking corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate and manage municipal inspections, approvals, and Certificates of Occupancy.
• Proactively monitor construction progress, anticipate risks or delays, and adjust sequencing or resources to maintain production targets.
• Own the accuracy and timeliness of jobsite documentation, schedules, inspection records, and reporting.
• Lead homeowner orientations and directly resolve construction-related issues with sales and customer relations.
