The RMR Group is seeking a Senior Asset Manager, Senior Living, to oversee a nationwide portfolio and act as the owner representative for operator relationships. You will evaluate financial and operating performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive execution of asset strategies with senior leadership.

You will lead annual business planning, budgeting, capital investments, acquisitions/dispositions, and operator transitions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, investments, M&A, or financial analysis within real estate, with exposure to senior living or healthcare.
• Advanced financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing operations at property or portfolio level, identifying opportunities, and driving profitability.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills and strong negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyze monthly community financial statements and operating reports to assess performance vs budget and market benchmarks.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, rate growth, RevPOR, and NOI margin; benchmark against NIC MAP and market data.
• Lead operator engagement, challenge assumptions, and establish corrective action plans.
• Review staffing models and plans to reduce agency labor.
• Monitor state surveys, licensure status, resident satisfaction, and risk trends.
• Develop annual and long-term community business plans with teams and operators.
• Lead operator budgets and periodic reforecasts; approve annually.
• Administer management agreements, including fee calculations and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate pricing, billing, revenue management, and sales processes with operators.
• Assess market trends and competitive positioning to support community strategy.
• Conduct performance reviews with operators and summarize findings for leadership.
• Perform site visits to assess condition, positioning, and opportunities with operators.
